Return Policy:
Desert Design & Fabrication LLC Limited Warranty and Return Policy: Desert Design warrants the original owner for all products purchased to be free from defects in material and labor for 60 days from the date of delivery. Anytime within that warranty period Desert Design will repair or replace as we deem necessary on any of our products found to be defective, this warranty does not include shipping charges or labor that may be incurred.
This warranty does not cover products that were abused, alterations, unsuitable use, improper installation or involved in an accident. Desert Design & Fabrication LLC will not be held liable for any type of loss, expense, damage or injury direct or consequential that may arise for the inability to use the products. No other warranties are expressed or implied are being made.
Return Authorization Number will be required for all returns, you may obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 702-539-4045 or by emailing us at greg@desertkarts.com All defective products must be returned with a sales receipt.
Terms include: Freight, All products are shipped FOB Yuma, AZ Returns must have a Return Authorization Number, Policy and price subject to change without notice, All orders must be pre-paid unless other arrangements have been made and non warranty returns could be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All claims for non warranty returns must be made within 5 days after delivery and must be returned within 10 days after claim is made. When Desert Design hands products in good condition to the shipper we consider the product to be delivered, any damage to products by the shipper is between you and the shipper.
